Erin Williams is a native Texan whose career
began in the exciting entertainment industry. In 1999, after
having worked with several nationally recognized organizations,
Erin opened her own agency, in Houston, Texas - Millennia
Models & Williams Talent. Two years later, she bought
out a local mainstay, Quaid Talent, to become the largest
full service agency in Houston, representing over 1,000 artists
for local and international work, in film, television, commercial,
voice over, live performance, print and modeling.
Also in 1999, Erin founded Millennia Center, a modeling, acting
and personal development facility. In addition to the state
certified vocational programs and seminars the center offered,
Erin designed summer camps for the Girl Scouts of America,
debuted “The Best Me” program for pre-teens and
teens, and conducted an ongoing series of self improvement
and enrichment programs - Imageovers and Corporate Image Consulting
and Sales Coaching.
As a dynamic entrepreneur, Erin served on the Boards of Directors
for the Houston Advertising Federation (HAF) and Women in
Film and Television (WIFT), as well as the Better Business
Bureau (BBB) Advisory Board. She was also Deputy Steering
Committee Chair for Only in Houston (OiH), and a member of
Fashion Group International (FGI). Over the years, her corporation
worked with community organizations close to her heart, such
as Houston Area Women’s Center, Houston Children’s
Charities, Big Brothers/Big Sisters, The American Diabetes
Association, The American Cancer Society and Toys for Tots,
and donated over $100,000 in scholarships for vocational and
non-vocational programs at her facility.
Erin was presented with opportunities to further her interest
in personal and corporate coaching, and instead of only mentoring
the young people she encountered daily, began to work with
family units and adults. Erin is known for transformative
work, what she calls “reincarnating one’s self”,
and uses her proprietary coaching techniques to facilitate
personal evolution. She is also sought-after by entrepreneurs
and top executives looking for the competitive edge and skills
needed to take their company or career to the next level.
In 2006, after years of developing people and careers, as
well as managing a full-time staff and a successful corporation,
Erin decided to focus solely on her personal and corporate
coaching practice, as well as penning a series of books on
the subject. Erin lives with her son in Houston, Texas, and
works with clients from all over the world.
